All purchases in alvaforkids.com are subject to the terms and conditions on these document.

payment

we accept payment by credit card, Paypal and bank transfer. Payment by bank transfer will delay the processing of the order until we can verify the transaction. 

All prices are in Euros and include 21% VAT for all products except books (4%) according to Spanish Law. 

Prices do not include shipping costs. 

availability

If any of the items in your order is not available or it will be delayed more than 24 hours we will contact you as soon as possible via the same email used to place the order.

Peninsular Spain and Portugal - 6 €

free shipping for orders over 59 euros

Shipping by courier with next day delivery. Orders placed before 3pm will be delivered the next working day. If this is not possible we will contact you as soon as possible. 

Spanish Islands (Balearic and Canary) - 6 €

free shipping for orders over 59 euros

Shipping by Correos registered mail, we will provide a tracking number and delivery times vary from 3 to 9 days depending on destination. 

Pick up in our shop in Madrid - Free

You will receive and email once the order is ready for pick up. 

International Shipping - EU 20€, Europe non EU 30€, Rest of the World 40€

returns and exchanges

What do you do if you want to return an item on your order?

1. Please contact the shop by email at info@alvaforkids.com with a brief explanation of the problem 

2. If the return is for a fault in the item we will arrange for the pick up, for international orders we will ask you to send it back to us by registered mail and we will replace the item (if posible) or refund the item and the shipping costs. 

3. If the return is for any other reason, and you contacted us within 30 days of purchase, we will ask you to send the item back, once we receive it in perfect condition, not worn, with tags and original packaging we will refund the item but not the shipping costs.

Any purchase in alvaforkids.com implies the acceptance of these terms and conditions.
