How to care for your merino wool garment?
It is important to know that merino wool contains lanolin which makes the fibres self-cleaning. To remove small stains or refresh the garment in most cases it is enough to rub the stain, shake the garment and air it for a few hours.
If you need to wash it, use a mild wool soap or baby shampoo. You can wash it by hand or on the wool program in your washing machine, making sure the spin cycle is at 400-500 rpm. Shake the garment well when you take it out, shape it and dry it flat on a towel.
