Orders from Älva for Kids are carefully prepared from our physical store in Madrid and shipped via Correos Express, Correos or other express courier services such as OnTime, depending on the destination and shipping method selected.

Once your order leaves our store, you will receive an email with your tracking number so you can check the status of your shipment at any time.

We ship to:

  • Spain (Peninsula, Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla)
  • European Union
  • Rest of the world

💌 Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated automatically during checkout and displayed before you complete your order.

We offer free shipping to the Peninsula on orders of €59 or more.

🕒 Delivery times

Our delivery times are estimated and may vary depending on destination:

  • Madrid city and province: 24–48 working hours (Correos Express)
  • Rest of Peninsula: 24–48 working hours (Correos Express)
  • Balearic Islands: 3–7 working days (Correos)
  • Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: 3–7 working days (Correos)
  • Europe and rest of the world: variable depending on destination

Orders placed on working days before 12:00 noon are processed the same day. Orders placed after that time or at the weekend are processed the next working day.

In any case, the maximum delivery period is 30 calendar days from order confirmation, except in exceptional circumstances which will be duly communicated.

During periods of high demand (sales, Christmas, special campaigns) or in the event of logistical issues beyond Älva for Kids' control, delivery times may be extended. In such cases, we will do our best to keep you informed and resolve any issues as quickly as possible.

🌍 International shipping and customs

For shipments outside the European Union, local duties or taxes may apply and will be the responsibility of the recipient upon delivery. Älva for Kids is not liable for these additional costs.
