Alva for Kids is a physical and online store specialising in children's fashion and family products, located in Madrid.

2. Purpose

These terms and conditions govern the purchase of products offered through the online store www.alvaforkids.com.

By placing an order, the user fully accepts these conditions, as well as the Legal Notice, Privacy Policy, and Cookie Policy available on this website.

3. Purchase Process

To place an order, the user must:

• Select the desired products.
• Add them to the cart.
• Complete the shipping and billing details.
• Confirm the order by clicking the "Checkout" button, which implies an obligation to pay.

Once the order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with the purchase details.

4. Prices

All prices are listed in euros (€) and include the applicable VAT.

Shipping costs are not included in the product prices and are clearly displayed before completing the purchase.

Alva for Kids reserves the right to modify prices at any time, but orders will be invoiced at the price in effect at the time of purchase.

5. Payment Methods

Payments can be made using the methods available in the online store at the time of purchase.

Transactions are processed through secure payment platforms and Alva for Kids does not store users' banking details.

6. Shipping

Orders are prepared from our physical store in Madrid and shipped via Correos Express or Correos, depending on the destination.

Once your order has left the store, you will receive an email with the tracking number.

• Spain (Mainland, Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla)
• European Union
• Rest of the world

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated automatically during the checkout process and are displayed before completing the order. Occasional free shipping promotions may apply and will be indicated on the website.

Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimated:

• Madrid city and province: 24–48 working hours (Correos Express)
• Rest of Mainland Spain: 24–48 working hours (Correos Express)
• Balearic Islands: 3–7 working days (Correos)
• Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: 3–7 working days (Correos)
• Europe and rest of the world: variable times depending on destination

Orders placed on working days before 12:00 noon are processed the same day. Orders placed after that time or at weekends are processed the next working day.

During periods of high demand or due to logistical issues beyond Alva for Kids' control, delivery times may be extended. In the event of a significant delay, you may contact us to review your order.

In-Store Collection

You may also choose free in-store collection at Calle San Andrés 17, Madrid. We will notify you when your order is ready.

Issues

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or you do not receive it within a reasonable timeframe, please contact:

International Shipping and Customs

For orders outside the European Union, local taxes or duties may apply and must be paid by the recipient. Alva for Kids is not responsible for these costs.

7. Exchanges and Returns

You have 30 calendar days from receipt of the order to request an exchange or return.

Products must be returned in perfect condition, unused and in their original packaging.

If the product has a defect or was sent in error, Alva for Kids will cover the return shipping costs. For returns due to withdrawal, the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

8. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with consumer regulations, you may exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 calendar days of receiving the order, except in cases legally excluded.
