All purchases made on alvaforkids.com are subject to the general purchase conditions outlined in this document.
Sales made are distance sales governed by current Spanish legislation on the matter.

Payment methods
Payment for the products you purchase will be made at the time of placing the order on our website. Payment can be made by debit or credit card and Bizum.
All prices are in euros (€), including 21% VAT (4% for books). Prices do not include shipping costs.
Availability
If any of the purchased products are unavailable or the delivery time exceeds 24 hours, we will contact you as soon as possible via email.
Shipping costs
Mainland Spain and Portugal - €6
Free for purchases over €59
Shipping is handled by Zeleris 24h or similar. Orders placed before 12:00 PM will be delivered the next business day. In some areas, delivery may take up to 48 hours. Business days are defined as Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
If, due to availability, this timeframe cannot be met, we will notify you as soon as possible.
Balearic Islands - €6
Free for purchases over €59
Shipping is handled by Correos (or a similar alternative) via certified mail. Delivery time varies between 3 to 9 days.
In-store Pickup in Madrid - Free
You will receive an email indicating that your purchase is ready for pickup at our store during business hours, free of charge.
Canary Islands - €20 (recipient's NIF is required).
International Shipping - EU €20, Rest of Europe €30, Rest of the World €40
Shipping is handled by Correos via certified mail. Delivery time depends on the destination, and a tracking number will be provided.
Returns and exchanges
What should you do if the product you purchased doesn’t fit, you’re not satisfied, or it has a defect?
1. The first step is to contact us via email at info@alvaforkids.com or by phone at 915232399 within 30 days.
2. If the return or exchange is due to a defect or fault in the product, we will send a courier to collect it and replace it with an identical product. If this is not possible, we will issue a full refund.
3. If the return or exchange is for another reason (size, color, or you simply changed your mind), you will need to send the item back to us at your own expense. You can either bring it to the store or send it via certified mail (secure and affordable).
4. Once the item is received at älva for kids and it has been verified that the item is in perfect condition, with its tags, in its original packaging (if applicable), and unused, we will proceed with a refund of the original amount. If the returned item was the only product in the original purchase and you paid shipping costs, these will also be refunded.
Applicable law and jurisdiction
These legal conditions have been drafted in accordance with Spanish law. In case of any conflict regarding the interpretation of these conditions, the competent jurisdiction will be that of the buyer's residence, and alternatively, the Courts of Madrid.
Modification of sales conditions
These conditions may be modified at any time in accordance with the evolution of this website and the content offered on it.
Acceptance of sales conditions
Purchasing any product offered on this website implies acknowledgment and acceptance of the legal conditions—sales conditions and legal notice—of this website.
