What should you do if the product you purchased doesn’t fit, you’re not satisfied, or it has a defect?

    Reach out to us via email at info@alvaforkids.com or by phone at 915232399 within 30 days.

  2. If the return is due to a defect or fault in the product:

    • We will arrange for a courier to collect the item.
    • We will replace the product with an identical one.
    • If a replacement is not possible, we will proceed with a full refund.
  3. If the return is for another reason (size, color, or you simply changed your mind):

    • You will need to send the item back to us at your own expense.
    • You can either bring it to the store or send it via certified mail (secure and affordable).
  4. Once we receive the item:

    • We will check that the item is in perfect condition, with its original tags, in its original packaging (if applicable), and unused.
    • After verification, we will refund the original amount.
    • If the returned item was the only product in your original purchase and you paid shipping costs, we will also refund the shipping costs.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These legal conditions have been drafted in accordance with Spanish law. In case of any conflict regarding the interpretation of these conditions, the competent jurisdiction will be that of the buyer's residence, and alternatively, the Courts of Madrid.
