Mini Rodini exclusively uses high-quality GRS-certified recycled polyester, made from post-consumer plastics such as PET bottles and other plastic waste. By using 100% recycled polyester, there is no need to create new materials from scratch.
When washing synthetic microfleece fabrics, microplastics are released which can reach the natural environment. To minimize the impact:
- Wash as little as possible — air out and clean specific spots with a damp cloth
- Use a Guppyfriend washing bag
- Iron the garment — flattens the fibers and reduces microplastic release
- Clean the washing machine filter regularly
- Air dry, never tumble dry
